Our studio transformed Selina Neve Zedek into a captivating retreat nestled in Tel Aviv's most historically rich neighborhood. Set within a remarkable complex of three interconnected Templer houses united by a central courtyard, this property pays homage to its architectural heritage while infusing contemporary boutique sensibilities. The design maintains Selina's commitment to sustainability and local authenticity, incorporating upcycled elements and collaborations with Tel Aviv artisans, but elevates the aesthetic with a distinctly chic, avant-garde sophistication. Throughout the space, carefully curated design moments reflect the neighborhood's artistic legacy and cultural significance. The shared courtyard serves as a vibrant social nucleus where global travelers converge, while the repurposed Templer structures provide intimate spaces with character impossible to replicate in new construction. Selina Neve Zedek stands as a thoughtful balance between preserving historical integrity and meeting the desires of discerning modern nomads—offering the brand's signature blend of work, play, and connection spaces, but with an elevated design language that resonates with the exclusive atmosphere of its surroundings.
